Here’s the “Ask The Morning After” for this week:
Ok so I have a question and it may throw you for a loop. My husband of 15 plus years and I are in the process of divorce. He has been cheating on me for years and things have just fallen apart. I found out yesterday that he purchased a ring for his girlfriend, who lives in another state (and recently divorced), and has asked her to marry him. Papers have not been filed yet and we are months away from official divorce. My question is, does it seem right that a married man get engaged while still married? Oh and did I mention he still hugs, kisses, holds and sleeps in the same bed as his wife. Not only am I shocked, I don’t understand how a man can live 2 lives and lie so easily to 2 women especially when he has 2 jobs and 5 kids. My husband and his girlfriend have never lived together, they only see each other here and there not to mention their whole relationship has been built on lies. I’ve actually spoken to her and she has caught him in lies as well and still stays with him, although my husband has told me that she has threatened him, in the past, to kill him in his sleep. Sounds like a winner to me.

Is it OK to propose to someone else while you are still technically married? Should Susie say anything to the girlfriend (financee)? Or is it just good riddance? Call 609-522-0987 to let us know!
