Two cable television companies who do business in New Jersey have just been named the two worst cable companies in America. The American Customer Satisfaction Index released a new report that shows Comcast and Time Warner Cable are the two biggest disappointments to customers in the cable television industry in the United States. The founder of the Index says that consumer dissatisfaction over cable tv companies are forcing customers to go to other means of television programming delivery.
