Your electric bill is going up.  Atlantic City Electric announced Tuesday that it has submitted a rate hike to state regulators that would generate an extra $109.3 million.  The average resident would see a nine and a half percent increase in electric bills.  A major reason for the hike…expensive infrastructure improvements.
