New Jersey residents can get a haircut on June 22nd. Governor Phil Murphy announced Monday that we will move into Stage 2 on the recovery plan on June 15th. On that date, outdoor dining will be permissible, and indoor non-essential retail will resume on some level. Murphy says salons can open a week later. Gyms and fitness centers will be allowed to open, but Murphy has not yet committed to a date.
