YET ANOTHER PROBLEM FOR EZ PASS IN NEW JERSEY, OTHER STATES

Another problem for the EZ Pass toll collection system involving New Jersey, and other states, on Thursday.  Officials say the EZ Pass website went down for a second time on Thursday, making it impossible for drivers to dispute tickets or add more money on to their accounts.  Various other EZ Pass services were down too.
