Two World War II ordinances were found in a yard off Elmira Street in Cape May, and were safely detonated on the beach. Cape May Police say the Atlantic City Bomb Squad came to assist and took the ordinances to a safe location where they were blown up. Police say if anyone finds ordinances like these, leave them alone and contact local police.
