WORK PROGRESSING WELL ON AVALON BLVD. BRIDGE

A construction project heading into Avalon is progressing. Cape May County Engineer Dale Foster tells Coastal Broadcasting that the project is continuing well with lane closings just about every day. Work is taking place underneath the span of the bridge, which Foster said is essential work to keep the bridge’s “structural integrity.” All of the work is still scheduled to be complete before Memorial Day weekend.
