For the second time in less than a year, work has begun to remove a tattered section of the boardwalk in Seaside Park. Crews on Monday began removing debris caused by last month’s fire that destroyed a large section of boardwalk and dozens of business. The nearly $5 million debris removal will take two months to complete.
