Improved health care is an option for some in Woodbine. Mayor William Pikolycky wants to make Woodbine residents to be aware of an opportunity to obtain a Federal Grant to improve health care in Woodbine.
The Federal Government had designated Woodbine as the only federally designated rural area in all of Cape May County. This designation allows health care providers to apply for and receive Federal funding to provide and/or expand health care services in medically underserved areas such as Woodbine.
As a result of this, the Borough of Woodbine will be hosting a focus group on April 28 from 5 to 7 p.m. Refreshments will be provided and each participant will receive a $20 gift card in appreciation for their attendance. Participants must be residents of the Borough of Woodbine.
