The Borough of Woodbine is seeking money to improve both pedestrian and bicycling activities in the community. Mayor William Pikolycky announced that Woodbine is seeking more than $400,000 from the state to fund three projects that are related to each other. The funding would result in some new sidewalks and ADA compliant curbs and paver crosswalks. Bicycle racks would also be purchased for the community school. The pedestrian initiatives would concentrate on Weber Street, along with Washington and DeHirsch Avenues.
