The second highest ranking member of the state will be in Woodbine for the swearing in of the mayor. Mayor William Pikolycky will be sworn in for his seventh term as Mayor by Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno on Jan. 7. Councilmen-Elect David Bennett and Hector Cruz will also be sworn in for their first term each. Following the swearing in, Pikolycky will give his state of the borough address.
