Mayor William Pikolycky wishes to inform residents that the Woodbine School Complex, including the adjacent branch of the Cape May County Library will be closed from June 26 through approximately July 9.
A contract in the amount of $61,450 was awarded to Pernaco, Inc., West Berlin.
This is Phase I of what is anticipated to be a three-phase construction project, in the amount of approximately $5 million, that will extend through the summer of 2010.
“We have asked the contractor to expedite this as quickly as possible so that minimum closing time will be required,” added Mayor Pikolycky. “Hopefully the impact on summer programs will be lessened accordingly, as the County Library Branch is also being affected by this closing.”
