Woodbine’s lighting will be getting a facelift. Mayor William Pikolycky is pleased to announce that the Borough of Woodbine awarded a $518,842.37 contract to Atlantic City Electric for installation of seventy-two (72) new 12-foot high decorative light fixtures along Washington Avenue from Tyler Road to Bryant Street, as well as along the portions of the bikepath island adjacent to Borough Hall.
Funding for these lights comes from grants awarded the Borough under the Federal Transportation Enhancement Program and also through the New Jersey Department of Transportation Municipal Aid 2010 Centers of Place program.
