Woodbine is getting $400,000 from the state for a water tower project. Borough officials announced that the state is giving Woodbine a big grant for the renovation of a water tower operated by the Woodbine Municipal Utilities Authority. The Borough is rehabilitating the water tower that was constructed back in 1982.
