Woodbine has announced it has gotten a sizable grant to help with a road project. The $175,000 will go to for the reconstruction of South DeHirsch Avenue from Washington Avenue to Madison Avenue for infrastructure improvements including the installation of drainage facilities, handicap sidewalk ramps and new roadway pavement. This work will complement other recent improvements on a nearly completed stormwater drainage project in the immediate area.
