WOMAN SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ON LOCAL BEACH

Atlantic City Police are investigating a sexual assault that took place on a city beach early Sunday morning.  Police report a 22 year old woman from Pennsylvania was walking alone on the city’s boardwalk when she was lifted up from behind by a man and taken to the beach.  The woman yelled for help once the attack started and that scared off the man, who was also struck in the face.  Atlantic City Police are still looking for the suspect.
