WOMAN FOUND GUILTY IN HEROIN OVERDOSE CASE

A woman who injected a man with heroin that led to his death has been found guilty. Alina Walton, of North Wildwood, was sentenced to five years in jail for strict liability in drug inducing death. Walton was given five years in jail and she is subject to the No Early Release Act. This is the latest in Cape May County’s fight with drug and especially heroin use.
