A woman that was arrested on Friday was found dead inside of her jail cell on Sunday morning. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the death of Alissa Allen, who was booked by Millville Police on Friday following a traffic stop when she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and not wearing a seat belt. Authorities says she was found on Sunday morning around 5:30 a.m. “alone and unresponsive”. No other details were released about the 24-year-old’s death.
