Five motor vehicle citations have been issued to a woman who flipped her SUV in Lower Township Sunday morning at Bayshore Road and Baywood Drive. Lower Township Police say Hallie Wheaton was charged with drunk driving and other offenses after her vehicle struck a utility pole and overturned Sunday morning. Wheaton was extracted from her vehicle and taken to Cape Regional Medical Center.
