A drunk driver was pulled over in Wildwood Crest on Tuesday with a passenger inside of his vehicle. Benjamin Davis was arrested without incident but the passenger, Alicia Wiley, attempted to leave in the stopped vehicle. She assaulted police officers and kicked out a police vehicle window. Wiley was eventually arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, hindering apprehension, DWI, and refusing to submit to a breath test. Bail was set at $10,000 for Wiley.
