WOMAN AT CENTER OF WILDWOOD BEACH FIGHT FILES SUIT

A 22 year old Philadelphia woman who was at the center of a big beach fight in Wildwood that garnered national attention has did the expected and filed suit.  Emily Weinman filed suit in federal court against two police officers and the city.  Weinman was accused of hitting and spitting on officers before she was subdued.  The event was videotaped and made nationwide headlines last Memorial Day weekend.
