The National Weather Service is preparing for a storm that has begun. A winter storm watch will be in effect on Thursday from 5 am to 7 pm. Also, a winter weather advisory has been posted for Tuesday until 10 pm. The storm will be mostly rain Wednesday and turn over to snow early Thursday morning. The question remains when the change over happens and how much snow comes as a result.
