A winning $429 million Powerball lottery ticket was sold at a 7-11 convenience store in Mercer County, New Jersey. The store is located on Chambers Street in Trenton and was sold by 20 year old Luis Sandoval, a clerk who works at the store. Sandoval admits he cannot picture the person who bought the winning ticket, saying players were lined up for days to take a chance at the big jackpot.
