WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT, DOWN TO -20 LOCALLY

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for our region for temperatures that will feel like 20 degrees below zero.  Bigger arctic cold is moving into our region tonight, and it will be a very cold morning for kids waiting for the school bus tomorrow.  Local water companies have issued advisories to trickle water and take other steps to prevent frozen pipes.
