WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT AT 7PM THURSDAY

The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for 7 p.m. Thursday until 11 a.m. Friday. Wind chills are expected to reach 10 to 15 degrees below zero overnight, with northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph and gusts up to 30 mph. Low wind chills could lead to frostbite and hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Water pipes that are marginally near freezing will freeze solid tonight, with damage developing in the subsequent thaw.
