WILDWOODS WELCOME AMERICAN LEGION CONVENTION

The annual New Jersey American Legion Convention is being held this Thursday through Saturday in Wildwood, as convention season is underway. Nearly 1,900 delegates are expected to attend meetings and sessions at the Wildwoods Convention Center. Combined with spouses and family members, over 3,000 guests will be in attendance for the convention. A parade will step off at 2pm on Saturday from 18th Avenue and proceed south on Atlantic Avenue through the length of the city of Wildwood. Next week the VFW and Ladies Auxiliary will hold their annual convention in the city.
