WILDWOOD ZONING BOARD APPROVES NEW LEASE — USES ON BEACH

A new lease on the monster truck building in Wildwood took another small step forward on Monday. The zoning board in Wildwood approved proposed uses that a company has for the beach. The $1.6 million lease that Eastern Exchange LLC would pay the city would help ensure a zero tax increase in this year’s budget. Some entertainment options that could come to the beaches of Wildwood as a result of the lease is movies, concerts, and zip lines. The lease will also allow for RV’s on the beach. A licensing fee would be paid to the city for these projects.
