WILDWOOD UNVEILS PLANS FOR SOLAR PARK ON LANDFILL

The city of Wildwood will turn a former landfill into a solar park that will attract people to the west side of town. The Wildwood Community Advisory Board met Wednesday night and unveiled a new plan for a solar park at an old landfill. The park will not only include solar panels, but also walking trails and kayak ramps. You may remember the landfill was slated for development nearly ten years ago, but a developer pulled out of the project. Small windmills will also be put in the park.
