A joint investigation between Wildwood Police, Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, and Middle Township netted the arrest of two. The agencies participated in a one-month investigation into the sale of narcotics from 235 East Garfield Ave. in Wildwood. Elvin Copson and Amberly Burgess-Serverio were arrested. Both were charged with possession of heroin and related offenses. Bail was set at $150,000 and they were placed in the Cape May County Correctional Center.
