WILDWOOD TO CRACK DOWN ON RENTAL PROPERTIES

Wildwood says its done with rowdy rental units.  City officials have introduced a new ordinance that will make it much more difficult for a rental property to secure a rental license.  Under terms of the ordinance, approvals must come from the police chief, fire code official, and code enforcement official before a rental license would be issued.  Mayor Ernie Troiano calls it a quality of life issue.
