Wildwood’s new police dog “Vera” and her handler, Patrolman Christopher Katz, have both completed their training at the Atlantic County K9 Academy. Wildwood Police announced on social media that both Vera and Katz were trained on K9 patrol practices and for narcotics detection. Katz was also awarded the academy’s Instructor Appreciation Award.
