WILDWOOD POLICE CHARGE MAN WITH DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CHARGES

A man has been accused of domestic violence inside of a vehicle. Wildwood Police say they arrested William Clemens, of Vineland. Police found Brandy Dilks, of Millville, at the corners of Montgomery and Atlantic aves. Police say that she was forcibly removed from the vehicle and she tried to get her children back who were in the back seat. Clemens was the father, but did not have custody rights at the time. The county search plan was enacted and Clemens was Middle Township Police stopped the vehicle at Routes 47 and 83. Bail was set at $1,500.
