Wildwood Police have charged a 28 year old local man with various offenses after he left the scene of a severe dog bite incident on the beach early Friday morning. 28 year old John Kalin of Wildwood was charged with local ordinance violations along with a third degree crime. A photo of Kalin circulated which helped convince Kalin to turn himself in.
