Three liquor licenses will be available this year on the boardwalk in Wildwood. The city commission passed the ordinance on second reading that would allow three restaurants to serve alcohol. Commissioner Chip Harshaw said the Morey organization has handed in its paperwork, but no official decision on who will get the three licenses has been made. No bars will be allowed to open with these licenses. The commission wants to ensure that the plans presented by the groups includes protecting against underage people getting their hands on alcohol.
