North Wildwood and Wildwood have released a joint statement on further restrictions courtesy of the Covid-19 pandemic. Both towns are closing their beaches until midnight, on May 1st. However, walking, jogging, and fishing are permitted. The North Wildwood and Wildwood boardwalk will be closed starting Wednesday, also until May 1st. All short term and transient rentals are also prohibited, through May 1st. The North Wildwood seawall is also closing for the time being.
