The Wildwood City Commission met on Wednesday and approved a plan that would result in a downtown parking lot on Pacific Avenue being sold for $800,000 to the Special Improvement District. Wildwood City Commissioner Pete Byron says this move is a major start in rebuilding Wildwood’s future. The use of the lot will remain parking, per a deed restriction.
