WILDWOOD MAN SLAPPED WITH CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CHARGES

A 36 year old Wildwood man has been slapped with child pornography offenses after the discovery of some photographs in an apartment that he rented.  City police charged James Shanahan over the weekend with child endangerment offenses after hundreds of photographs of children under the age of 14 were found in an apartment that he previously rented on East Magnolia Avenue.  Shanahan was taken to the Cape May County Jail on $15,000 cash bail.
