Cape May Police arrested a 23 year old Wildwood man for simple assault after he hit a woman in the fact with a closed fist on September 8th. Angel Orozco was charged by police for striking the woman, and for fleeing the police when they questioned him about the incident. He was eventually captured driving a motor vehicle on New Jersey Avenue near the beach. He was released after posting bail.
