Looking to buy a parking lot? If so Wildwood has the piece of land for you. The property, located at 202 E. Schellenger Avenue, has an assessed value of over $3 million. The city makes $35,000 a year annually from the land, but says it could make $60,000 a year in taxes. During their August 14th meeting, City Commissioners voted to approve a resolution that will place the property up for sale with a minimum bid of $750,000.
