An election may not be held next May in Wildwood. Commissioners there have introduced an ordinance to move the election date back to November. Some city residents are against the move and are getting petitions together to put it up to a special election vote. The move would extend the terms of the current commission until November, but would also save the city money by only holding one election per year.
