Wildwood will keep waiting to pass a budget. The state asked the city to hold off another week to pass its budget as it finalizes paperwork regarding a new lease on the monster truck building. Commissioner Pete Byron told Coastal Broadcasting that he wasn’t expecting any issues with the state and that the budget will be finally passed during its regularly scheduled Sept. 12 meeting. The city had planned to pass the budget during a special meeting on Monday this week.
