WILDWOOD CREST PREPARES TO KICK OFF FREE ENTERTAINMENT FOR SUMMER

The long-anticipated start of the summer season at the Jersey Shore will once again be celebrated with the first of 30 free outdoor concerts at Centennial Park. The Fabulous Greaseband will perform at Sunday, May 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the Borough of Wildwood Crest’s annual Summer Kickoff Concert. The Summer Kickoff Concert is a free all-ages show. Attendees should bring a blanket or a chair. Centennial Park is located at Fern Road and Ocean Avenue. The weekly Wildwood Crest Summer Music Series will begin in late June. Centennial Park will feature live music shows each Wednesday and Saturday from June 25 through Labor Day weekend. New this summer is the addition of seven Monday evening shows at the Gazebo at Sunrise Park at Rambler Road from July 6 through Aug. 17.
