Wildwood city officials gathered Friday on the resort’s boardwalk to officially announce the completion of a major boardwalk reconstruction project. The city has wrapped up a redecking of the boardwalk between Cedar and Oak Avenues. Former Wildwood mayor Ernie Troiano was credited with getting this project underway. The three current Wildwood city commissioners joined State Senator Jeff Van Drew for a ribbon cutting event on the boardwalk.
