The woman at the center of a highly publicized beach arrest in Wildwood was in court Thursday morning and rejected a plea bargain deal. Emily Weinman of Philadelphia was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer after an arrest that was circulated around various media channels. The officers were cleared of wrongdoing.
