The Wildwood City Commission met Wednesday night and adopted a new city budget. Wildwood’s new budget totals $25.4 million and includes a slight reduction in the local purpose tax rate. Wildwood’s new tax rate is $1.09 per 100 dollars of assessed valuation. The city commission also hired a full time administrator, Dale Goodreau, who used to work in Egg Harbor Township. Goodreau will replace Wildwood’s interim administrator, Richard Deaney.
