An ordinance that would allow bars to be open 24 hours a day in Wildwood has been tabled for another meeting. The commission did not feel the ordinance was strong enough in giving authority to the city. A public hearing was held with residents providing pros and cons on the potential 24 hours access. Commissioner Al Brannen is firmly against any plan to expand alcohol sales. The final decision will be with Mayor Gary DeMarzo and Commissioner Chip Harshaw.
