The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will not be covering the legal bills of a fired top official. David Wildstein’s request to have the authority cover the bills was denied. Bill Baroni, who was fired from the Port Authority as well made a request to have his bills covered and that is being considered still. E-mails have shown that Wildstein was in direct communication regarding the lane closures.
