WHEEL OF FORTUNE HOLDS AUDITIONS IN ATLANTIC CITY

On Saturday and Sunday, hundreds of “Wheel Watchers” turned out to audition for one of America’s most popular TV game shows at the Claridge Hotel. Aspiring contestants played five-minute, one-puzzle rounds  to audition for the game show. Producers were looking not just for skill in playing the game, but also personality and a positive, upbeat attitude. The crowd was made up of mostly Pennsylvania residents and Vanna White and Pat Sajak were not in attendance. “Wheel” tapes mostly in Los Angeles, but occasionally visits other locations throughout the country.
