WEST CAPE MAY CUTS RIBBON ON SPECIAL NEEDS HOUSING

West Cape May Mayor Pam Kaithern and other Borough officials attended the official ribbon cutting event at the new Cape Manor affordable housing project.  The new Cape Manor will provide housing for individuals with special needs, and sits on land that was donated by the Borough.  Kaithern says that the new Cape Manor will help West Cape May meet affordable housing obligations set forth by the State of New Jersey.   Officials say residents will begin to move into the new building in about six weeks.
