Tropical storm Hermine has caused local officials and business owners to postpone or cancel outdoor events happening this weekend. The City of Wildwood was the first to cancel their Block Party and Music Festival scheduled for Sunday at Fox Park. Wildwood Crest cancelled their free Saturday night concert at Centennial Park. In Cape May, Congress Hall postponed their Bicentennial Music Festival from Saturday until Labor Day. The event featuring live music and the burial of a time capsule will begin at 4pm on Monday on the Congress Hall Grand Lawn.
